About

McKenzie is a small town girl who is now a third-year undergraduate computer engineering student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. After discovering a strong interest in digital logic, she began research with Professor Marc Riedel. Her current research includes examining the benefits of stochastic computing, specifically through the use of local clocks. Furthermore, she is also exploring a hybrid representation of numbers that can exploit the benefits of both a stochastic and a positional representation.
