About

I completed my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Statistics at the University of Minnesota in Spring 2023, and will join Princeton's Quantitative and Computational Biology Ph.D. program in Fall 2023.

During Summer 2023, I am investigating neural-network peptide-MHC I binding predictors to determine the validity of the models in contexts outside of their training data. Previously, I completed my undergraduate thesis on a novel imputation algorithm for three-dimensional spatial transcriptomics (ST) data.
